About Us

Medals, Mementos & More began as a business in 1994/5.  Its founder was Barry Presgrave, a retired Detective Chief Inspector from South Australia Police.  Over the next 13 years under Barry's stewardship, the business grew and gained a reputation for providing a high quality medal mounting and framing service.  Barry estimates in that time he has mounted over 40,000 sets of medals.

During the latter part of 2007, friends and colleagues of Barry (Ken, Carol and Craig Cocks) spent several months under his tutelage learning the skills of medal mounting.

At the commencement of 2008 on Barry's decision to retire, the business was purchased by the Cocks family, and moved to the new premises at Coromandel Parade.  Barry maintains a continued interest in the business by providing his knowledge and experience as a consultant.

Ken and Craig bring with them a combined 60 years of policing and 9 years military experience, and an interest in medals and awards that spans many years.

It is the genuine interest and knowledge in this field that ensures for the client that Ken, Carol and Craig are committed to providing a high quality, friendly and efficient service to meet your medal mounting and framing needs.
